The Nevada State High School Rodeo Association is a member of the National High School Rodeo Association. The Nevada State High School Rodeo Association aims to maintain order and standards set up by the National High School Rodeo Association.

The Nevada State High School Rodeo Association

• promotes rodeo for junior high and high school students who meet the standards set forth in the NHSRA Rule Book.
• promotes the highest type of conduct and sportsmanship at rodeos.
• increase and maintain the interest of the students in rodeo and other functions.
• encourages any student to continue in school and improve his education.
